John began his career as a Career Developer, helping individuals with autism and other disabilities find employment through customized employment strategies. He worked with individuals to understand their strengths and goals, then partnered with employers to explore opportunities.
Experience inside autism-services recruiting.
He later moved into recruiting at an autism services provider, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding behavior technicians, clinical supervisors, and other specialists. That work brought the needs of providers and the priorities of candidates into the same conversation.
